Coating Lines
Hot-Dip Galvanising Lines.
Esmech Equipment Galvanising Lines can deposit a wide range of materials on the steel strip.
Cold Rolling Mills
These are ideal meals for productions upto 400,000 MT per year (depending on product mix). Esmech engineers each mill specifically to meet the production needs and ranges of each individual customer
Pickling Lines
For higher rate of poduction, Esmech Equipment offers semi-continuous and continuous pickling lines. In both these, continuous operation is achieved by welding/stiching.
Tension Leveling Lines
Esmech Equipment Tension Levelling Lines provide excellent metal sheet flatness required for high quality applications.
Cut-to-Length Lines
Start-Stop Lines : These lines are the ideal choice for customers who do not require the high production rates associated with Roll Feed Lines and want to process heavier gauge, non-surface critical materials.
Slitting Lines
Esmech Equipment designs and manufactures slitting lines for Hot Rolled and Cold Rolled ferrous strips as well as non-ferrous strips and foils.
